Orders & Processing
How are Avery prints made?
All of our prints are produced on-demand using museum-quality papers and archival inks. This means your piece is printed especially for you, ensuring freshness, precision, and attention to detail.
When will my order ship?
Print orders ship within 1-2 business days. Framed print orders ship within 2-3 business days due to careful assembly and packaging. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the print-on-demand nature of our work, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or there’s an error with the product, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
Framing & Paper Options
What’s the difference between smooth matte and watercolor paper?
- Smooth Matte: Soft, velvety surface with a clean, modern finish—perfect for minimal, refined interiors.
- Watercolor: Textured surface that adds depth and character, ideal for more traditional or painterly works.
What framing options do you offer?
Our solid oak frames are available in natural, walnut, black, and white.
Shipping & Packaging
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is in the works—subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
How is my artwork packaged?
- Smaller prints ship flat in protective sleeves.
- Larger prints are rolled and shipped in sturdy tubes.
- Framed pieces are carefully boxed with corner protectors to arrive in perfect condition.
Custom & Special Requests
Can I request a custom size?
Yes, in most cases we can accommodate custom sizes. Please email us at contact@shopaveryhome.com with your request before placing an order.

Gifting
Do you offer gift wrapping?
At the moment, we do not offer gift wrapping. However, each order is packaged with care, making it ready to gift right out of the box.
