Returns & Refunds

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

If your return request is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return your original purchase. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
