Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment is received and verified.

  • In-stock items are typically processed within 1–3 business days

  • Made-to-order items (such as artwork) may require additional production time before shipping

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping times vary based on your location, the items in your order, and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight and dimensions

  • Destination

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Split Shipments

If your order includes items with different processing times (for example, towels and made-to-order artwork), items may ship separately. You will receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our control.

Once an order is handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Avery Home is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
